Because of the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on undamaged items. We hope you understand — and if you ever have a question before you order, we're always happy to help.

To report a defective item: Email us at hello@pareaco.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll take it from there.
