Where gluten-free travelers go with confidence.

Every destination in the Parea + Co. library is chosen because eating well here isn't an exception — it's the expectation.

Where We Go and Why It Matters

Not every destination is equal for gluten-free travelers. Some cities have thriving celiac communities and legally regulated gluten-free menus. Others have cuisines built around naturally gluten-free ingredients — corn, rice, legumes, fresh seafood — where eating safely is less a negotiation and more a given.

Every destination in the Parea + Co. library has been evaluated through that lens. We research the local food culture before we add a city to our list. We build restaurant databases, vet individual kitchens, and understand how celiac disease is perceived and accommodated in each place — before we recommend it to a single traveler.

The result is a carefully curated set of international travel destinations where gluten-free dining can be navigated with genuine confidence. Not cautiously. Not with crossed fingers. Confidently.

Currently available destinations include Amsterdam, Rome, Sicily, Barcelona, Lisbon, Porto, the Greek Cyclades, and the Basque Country. New destinations are added as our research deepens — we'd rather know a place well than cover every place lightly.
