Your itinerary
A few decisions built into your trip.
Immersive Amsterdam has five structured days. A handful of those days involve choices that are yours to make.
Day 1 — Arrival
Schiphol is twenty minutes from the city centre. Your arrival transfer sets the tone.
Day 2 — Canals & Museum
The morning starts on the water. Lunch is in De Pijp. The afternoon is one of Amsterdam's great museums.
All options include skip-the-line entry. Choose what suits you — this isn't determined by your accommodation tier.
Day 3 — Anne Frank House + Jordaan
A timed entry to the Anne Frank House, followed by brunch at Omelegg in the Jordaan and an unstructured afternoon in the neighbourhood.
Day 4 — Your choice
This day is yours to shape. All options have GF-safe lunch recommendations for the day.
Day 5 — Zaanse Schans
Twenty minutes north of Amsterdam: working windmills, wooden houses painted in traditional Zaan green, and a landscape that feels genuinely different from the city. On-site restaurant options aren't reliably safe for celiac travelers — your itinerary will include recommendations for picking up a GF lunch near Amsterdam Centraal before you board the train.
Day 6 — Departure
Your transfer details will be confirmed before you need them.
Dining
Let's talk about food.
Amsterdam has one of the strongest gluten-free dining scenes in Europe. Here's how we make the most of it for you.
We don't just tell you where to eat — we make the call, confirm the kitchen, and hold the table. After we review your inquiry, we'll send a short note with two or three options per evening — the GF safety tier, the atmosphere, what we'd order. You confirm, we book.
Helps us match you to the right restaurants from our vetted list.
Expectations
What matters most to you on this trip?
Think about food, atmosphere, pace, specific experiences, or how you want to feel. Three things, in any order.
Crowds, early mornings, packed schedules — anything worth knowing.
This is one of the most useful things you can share with us. We've heard it all — and it always helps.
